The Member of Parliament for the Ledzokuku constituency, Dr. Okoe Boye, has organised the youth in his constituency to fix a damaged road intersection around the Manfi junction.

The Tema Metropolitan Director of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Hajia Zinab Abdulai, has observed that most of the recommendations made to Metropolitan authorities not to allow building in flood-prone areas have been ignored.

The Upper East Regional Minister, Rockson Ayine Bukari, has said the region may lose out on developmental projects to other regions if chiefs in charge of lands, also known as ‘Tindanas’,  do not willingly give out lands for projects that will create jobs for the people of the region.
